After signing up, you will be added to your new project board within 24 hours. Once you have access, you can begin adding requests or other members of your team.

You can add as many design or development requests as you like, and I'll get them done one request at a time. All requests will be managed inside of a shared project board that you can use to track progress, give feedback, and set the top priorities.

That depends on how complex the request is, but on average, most requests are completed in 2-3 business days.

When I'm working on bigger tasks, I will typically give you updates on progress every 2-3 business days so that you can understand how I'm tracking.

I also frequently update our shared project board with my approximate estimate of how many days each task will take so that you can reorganise the set of priorities if desired.

You could do that, but in my experience the annual cost of a designer or developer is at least $80,000 NZD full time, if not much higher, and it is difficult to find a single person that can do both.

Also in my personal opinion, with my extensive agency experience working across a wide variety of industries, you will be hard pressed to find someone that can work at the level of quality and speed that I can.

You may also struggle to find enough work to keep a hire busy at all times, whereas you can pause or cancel your subscription with me at any time.

By this, I mean that you can make unlimited requests, but only one request will be actively worked on at a time.

Every request you make will go into a shared project board where you can order the tasks by priority. After I have finished a request for you, I will take the next highest-priority request from the project board, and start working on that.

This should mean that, provided I do not run out of requests from you, on average every 2-3 business days you will get an update from me with either the latest request in progress being ready for review, or an update on how it is progressing if it's a larger task.

By this, I mean that you can book as many video calls with me as you like, subject to my availability, to get my consultation, go over new work, or review work in progress.

You can add as many users as you like to our shared project board, so that everyone on your team can make requests.

Please be aware though that prioritisation will be shared across your team's entire set of requests, and I will still only have one request in progress for you at a time.

After subscribing, you will receive a special customer link you can use to view your past payments, change your billing card, and pause or cancel your subscription.

There are no fixed terms to our service, so you can cancel or pause it at any time without penalties or additional charges.

Pausing your subscription allows you to bank your days left in your current billing cycle to be used anytime in the future.

For example, say that you signed up and used the service for 20 days, and then decided to pause your subscription. Once you unpause your subscription, you will have 10 days of the service to use before the next billing charge.

I do all the work myself, including design, development, project management, video calls, and consultation.

I haven't had anyone ask for a refund yet, but please do know that due to the high quality and time-intensive nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.

No problem! You can pause your subscription once we have run out of work, and then when you reactivate it the remainder of your subscription will be available.

You can use your one subscription to request work for an unlimited amount of sites, companies, or brands.

Not a problem, as long as the work you are requesting is within my skill set, you can use your subscription to request work for an unlimited amount of sites, companies, or brands.

I exclusively work and handle my meetings remotely.
