How do you do your split testing?

I use different tools depending on the platform to make sure split tests are accurate and efficient. For Shopify stores, I run experiments through Shoplift, which is purpose-built for testing product pages, themes, and conversion elements inside Shopify.

For apps and websites I self-host, I use Vercel A/B testing to set up experiments at the infrastructure level. This allows me to test different variations of pages, features, and designs without slowing down performance.

For other websites, the exact approach depends on the platform.

What are the differences between Lead Generation and CRO?

Lead generation is the process of attracting and capturing new prospects for your business through channels like SEO, paid ads, email, and outreach. The goal is to bring more qualified people into your sales pipeline.

CRO, or Conversion Rate Optimisation, is about making the most of the traffic you already have. Instead of focusing on bringing in more visitors, CRO improves your website, landing pages, and funnels so a higher percentage of people take action.

For New Zealand businesses, both work best together. Lead generation fills the pipeline, while CRO makes sure you’re converting as many of those leads as possible into customers creating a stronger, more efficient growth system.

When do I get my monthly reporting?

I typically send your monthly reporting 1-3 business days after your subscription renews each month.

Can I subscribe for only one month and then cancel my plan?

Of course! There are no fixed terms of contracts with my subscriptions. If you only want to use our services for one month, you can subscribe then cancel before your next billing cycle to get our full set of services for that month only.

What do you mean by unlimited meetings?

By this, I mean that you can book as many video calls with me as you like, subject to my availability, to get my consultation or review work in progress. For most clients I usually meet with them monthly.

What do you mean by pause or cancel anytime?

After subscribing, you will receive a special customer link you can use to view your past payments, change your billing card, and pause or cancel your subscription.

There are no fixed terms to our service, so you can cancel or pause it at any time without penalties or additional charges.

How does the pause feature work?

Pausing your subscription allows you to bank your days left in your current billing cycle to be used anytime in the future.

For example, say that you signed up and used the service for 20 days, and then decided to pause your subscription. Once you unpause your subscription, you will have 10 days of the service to use before the next billing charge.

Who will do the work?

I do all the work myself, including AI SEO, traditional SEO, marketing, copywriting, design, development, project management, video calls, and consultation.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

It depends on what we agree to at the start of the project.

I have multiple brands, do I need more than one subscription?

You can use your one subscription to request work for an unlimited amount of sites, companies, or brands.

I run an agency, can you do work for us?

Not a problem, as long as the work you are requesting is within my skill set, you can use your subscription to request work for an unlimited amount of sites, companies, or brands.

Where are you based? Can you come into our office to meet / do the work?

I am a CRO specialist currently based in Wellington, New Zealand. I have also worked as a CRO specialist in other parts of New Zealand including Hamilton, Auckland, Tauranga, and Whangarei. I exclusively work and handle my meetings remotely, so I can coordinate with businesses anywhere in New Zealand or internationally.
