Opening up a new discovery channel.
An international furniture brand grew its discovery traffic from ChatGPT over 2025.
300 → 8,000+Visits from ChatGPT

The challenge
An international furniture company wanted to be discovered through AI answer engines as well as traditional search. Its starting point was around 300 visits from ChatGPT.
The work focused on how product information, external references and the language customers used could help the brand appear in relevant answers.
Feeds and structured information
The approach included schema.org structured data, crawlable pages and accurate product information. Product feeds, XML sitemaps and relevant directories gave discovery systems clearer information about the range.
We reviewed that information against the queries the business wanted to be found for, keeping the feeds and page content aligned.
Authority and references beyond the website
The strategy considered brand mentions, backlinks and references from other websites. Relevant community discussion, high-authority coverage and reputable publications all formed part of the wider discovery picture.
Monitor, experiment and adjust
We used monitoring to track brand mentions and citations in AI answers. Repeated experiments helped us review which changes were useful and adjust website content and metadata around how people were searching.
The result
Over 2025, visits from ChatGPT grew from around 300 to more than 8,000. It became a meaningful additional discovery channel for the furniture range.
